Red star kombucha is Pennsylvania's first licensed kombucha brewery. Kombucha is a probiotic tea fermented using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Our kombucha is hand-crafted in small batches using organic, fair-trade certified ingredients whenever possible.
We use traditional fermentation methods to produce an authentic and unaltered kombucha with 2% alcohol by volume, making our kombucha an adult beverage. Though non-inebriating, it can definitely take the edge off, give you a midday boost or help with the hangover.
We do not wish to make any health claims but if it makes you feel good, keep doing it! Our Kombucha can be found in the Gluten Free Beer section of grocers and bottle shops across Pennsylvania. If you want your local shop to carry us just simply ask them to or contact us.
