Red star kombucha is Pennsylvania’s first licensed kombucha brewery. Kombucha is a probiotic tea fermented using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. Our kombucha is hand-crafted in small batches using organic, fair-trade certified ingredients whenever possible.
We use traditional fermentation methods to produce an authentic and unaltered kombucha with 2% alcohol by volume, making our kombucha an adult beverage. Though non-inebriating, it can definitely take the edge off, give you a midday boost or help with the hangover.
